The terms for using OffPDF on your phone.

Using the app

By installing or using OffPDF you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app, and remove it from your phone.

If you downloaded the app from Apple's App Store or Google Play, that store's terms apply to your download and purchases. On iPhone, Apple's standard app license applies unless a custom license has been provided through App Store Connect. We are responsible for OffPDF and its support.

Your license

You may install and use OffPDF on devices you own or control, for personal or work use. The app stays the property of its publisher and is licensed to you, not sold. Open-source components inside it remain under their own licenses.

You may not resell the app, remove its notices, or use it to break the law or anyone else's rights.

Your documents

Your documents stay yours, and OffPDF claims no rights in them. They are processed on your phone, as the mobile privacy policy explains. There is no account and no OffPDF server, so we cannot recover a file you delete or lose. Keep your own copy of anything that matters.

You are responsible for having the right to edit, convert or sign what you open. A signature added with OffPDF is a mark drawn on the page, not a certified digital signature. Whether it is legally valid for your purpose depends on the law and the people involved, and we make no promise that it is.

OffPDF Pro

The everyday tools are free. OffPDF Pro unlocks the rest and is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The price is the one the store shows you before you pay. You can try one Pro result for free; it is one result for the whole app, not one per tool. Reinstalling the app on the same iPhone does not reset this free result.

Apple or Google takes the payment and keeps the record of it, and we never see your payment details. Pro belongs to the store account that bought it. To get it back on a new phone or after a reinstall, use Restore purchases while signed in to that account.

We may add, change or remove individual tools in future versions. Pro does not guarantee that the app will be available or updated forever, or on every future version of iOS or Android.

Refunds

Refunds are subject to the rules of the store where you paid and applicable law. Start by requesting one from Apple or Google. If you bought through Google Play and need help, contact us; developers can also handle some Google Play refunds. Nothing in these terms takes away a refund or withdrawal right that the consumer law of your country gives you.

Private AI

Private AI is optional, runs on your phone and needs a large model download. The model comes from a third party and has its own license. Its answers are generated automatically and can be wrong, incomplete or made up. Check anything important against the document itself, and do not rely on an answer as legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

Results can be imperfect

Text recognition, text editing, compression and Office conversion depend on the file you give them, and some results will differ from the original. Check a finished document before you send, sign or file it.

No other warranty, and limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, OffPDF is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those the law requires, and without a promise that it will be free of errors or suit a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, the publisher is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost documents, data or profit. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for OffPDF Pro.

None of this limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or the mandatory rights you have as a consumer where you live.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms, and the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms. You can stop at any time by removing the app. These terms stop applying to you when you do, apart from the sections that by their nature continue, such as the limits on liability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim there.
